I am currently on a working holiday visa which expires on July 17 but I want to renew it. What is the earliest time permissible? I am living in Nagoya - where do I go? I also want to call someone who can speak english regarding Indian and Chinese visas. Is there an International centre or equivalent in Nagoya that helps out foriegners sort out their Visa issues? |

I'd suggest contacting the Japanese Association of Working Holiday Makers. They have a web site. |

There is a visa information office in Nagoya

For the Indian and Chinese visas you will have to contact the respective embassies. Possibly there are consulates in Nagoya, but I'm not sure.
People at the Indian Embassy in Tokyo speak good English, and I imagine some staff will speak English at the Chinese Embassy.
If there is a Nagoya version of travel agencies like No. 1 Travel and Across Travel they may also be able to help with visa info for outside Japan. At your average Japanese travel agency the staff tend to only know the requirements for Japanese nationals. |
