i thought of doing something similar, but then i have a few students in each of my 8 classes that are quite good. i may just take some of my better travel photos, print them off in 8 x 10 and give them as a reward. |

I have always rewarded my students with writing pads and pens with refills plus certificates. I do this each month for the best class and the best student in each class.
I will probably do a best class of the year and best student of the year. Cost is not a problem as I get a good discount from the local store. Maybe I will buy them a personal lockable diary and/or give them a coin from my own country plus a certificate. I was also considering totalling all the points gained by each class and giving the top class the amount in RMB ( so far the best class has 300 points) to buy something useful to use in class.
Anyway the rewards seem to work as I have good students who work hard and behave well for 11 and 12 year olds. |
