Hi everyone.

I have received good job offers in the following places:

1. Nanchang, Jiangxi
2. Jinan, Shandong
3. Loudi, Hunan

I'm having a hard time deciding where to go. Could you help pe with some advice? Thanks!

Of the 3 places mentioned I would choose Ji'nan, Shandong because Shandong has by far the most pleasant climates of the 3 places (in my opinion); also Ji'nan appeals to me more as an urban centre than Nanchang does; I don't know "Loudi" (maybe it's "Luodi"? This place has never come to my attention but I am none too favourably impressed by the Hunan scenery.

I too would suggest Ji'nan, only because I have been there. It is the capital of Shandong province and thus is both modern and well developed. I also agree that the climate there is favourable. It is a green city with many gardens and parks and I feel the polution levels are lower than many other cities I have visited. I only spent a few days there but it seems like a good city but I feel the surrounding places of interest make this a good city to work in. If you land a good job that lets you travel on weekends and gives you decent holidays Shandong is a great place to travel and see all kinds of cool stuff.

Jinan is fine. Shandong is fine. Jinan is very central for travel to other parts of China.....eg. Zibo Laughing
