Your question is a little wanting in details; libraries do not per se teach adults - they run adult evening classes just like any training centre does (and in fact they usually outsource it to someone who operates out of the library's premises).
I did teach at a library training centre many moons ago; my experiences were none too different from working at any other training centre although that particular training centre was horribly mismanaged, with the honcho No. 1 going after every new freshly-hired female secretary who then quit so that he found a quick replacement with the same scenariou being played out again and again and...
...and it wasn't the worst: he was soon discovered to have embezzled business income and was summarily dismissed; honcho No. 2 was not much better and lasted but half a year.
Where? Shenzhen City Library in Lizhi Park! |
