Great news.

Nearly all of the games are going to be shown live on Japanese television with the exeption of some of the 1st round 4am kick offs.

There are 2 games on live most days and somedays even three during the group stages.

All 2nd round, quarter finals, semi finals, third place play off and the final will be shown live.

The games will be live on the following channels: TBS, Fuji, NHK Gen, NTV Net, TV Asahi and TV Tokyo.

In total, there will be 42 games available on the above channels.

Who needs satellite !!!

The kick off times are 10pm and 1am Japanese time. Where do you get 3:45 from ?

Surely you mean 2:45 which for true football fans is a reasonable time to go to sleep....lets face it, it's only for a month !

The only games I intend to watch in the morning are the 4am kick offs.

Well according to my Daily Yomiuri schedule, most games are at 3:45. A few start at 12am and some even start a bit earlier but I'm pretty sure most of them start at 4 am in the morning.

My son wakes up at 5am every day (or earlier), so I will have something to do now with my early early mornings.

Well it looks like I`ll be watching them recorded. 4am?! Closely watching the inside of my eyelids - live.
