This is advice for any teachers looking at teaching at Nanning Experimental School Attached to Peking University (NESPU) in Nanning Guangxi China.
Don't teach there. They will use you, abuse you, cheat you, and disrespect you. Stay far away. The administration and human resources departments are really bad. They will find every means possible not to pay you all they owe you. They do not keep their promises. You will hear it all when they want you to sign the contract. Then after its ohh sorry that isn't in your contract or a bunch of excuses that go on and on.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!! |

Sounds as though you were a recruiter trying to make all the money that college owes an FT into your own pocket as you pimp us to them. |

You made a post back in October debating whether to go to China on a tourist visa or Z visa... You chose the Tourist visa right?
Moral of the story, if a school can't get or refuses to get a Z visa then take a pass.. Theres a good reason they cant get it.. If the Chinese govt wont give the school permission to host foreign teachers, theres got to be a reason for it..
I can't believe there are some people on this forum telling people to come here on tourist visa. Its just plain irresponsible. |

You should ask before opening your big mouth.
I was teaching there and got ********** over by them.
I also heard from another teacher after this happened to me that they did this to other teachers who had worked for them two years previois.
To wordup
I didn't come over on a tourist visa. I came on a business visa first and was promised by the school that when the visa was up they would arrange the work visa, it was even written into my contract, I even payed for the medical.
But then all I got was excuses and a little Rmb when I had to go to HK to renew my business visa. |
