there is a thread on this somewhere, maybe from february or march as i remember, maybe sooner. i contributed something to it as a friend of mine in shenzhen has asked me to join with them in starting a language school. dont remember much of the substance of the thread but i didnt have much to add other than i was trying to find out what some other people had done or were planning on doing. all i can say is you'll have to search for the thread......

Basically you need a Chinese (sleeping) partner to register a business in China. |

Of course a Chinese sleeping partner is always a plus, and not just for setting up businesses...  |
