This was the ad posted on the job board:

China: University ESL position with stable salary and good living condition available in Henan Polytechnic University (HNPU) for this fall academic year

Anybody ever heard of Henan Polytechnic? Go look at the ad. Are they for real?

Yes, they're for real...just Google the name. Go here, read more, and get direct contact info. "Miss Echo" of Century Education Group would appear to be a Beijing-based recruiter...no need to contact them as the school has their own ads floating around.

I went to the university's site. Do you know anything about it? Have you worked there before or do you know anyone who has?

Actually, I JUST looked at the website again. At the bottom it says, "China TEFL Network." I thought I remebered this being China Helen TEFL or something like that, and I remember reading on one of these boards to STAY AWAY from China TEFL. In any event, you can't apply directly to the university. You have to go through this network. I don't like that.

Excuse me? What website are you looking at? I found one called chinatefl.com/henan.

Here's what's listed at the bottom:

It shows a telephone, fax number, and e-mail but It DOES NOT show a mailing address. Is this what you are referring to?

All right, so there seems to be a problem with the links; there appears to be 2 pages for this school. Try here. Anyway, physical address or not, you have names, e-mails, and fax for the university...what's stopping you from contacting them directly??
