It's still a bit "undiscovered" so worth the ups and downs. Check out your school as much as possible. Get some tutoring work so you'll have money to travel. Bring a laptop if you can. Enjoy "Zywiec" beer! It's pronounced " zjevi-etz". Learn a few words of Polish at the very least. Be prepared for a lack of culinary skills in the restaurants. Breathe. Befriend the locals...always a good strategy.
