My husband and I would like to travel. After being here in Peru for 2 years, I'm getting itchy feet. The thing is that my husband is Peruvian and only speaks Spanish.

So the ideal job for him being a native speaker would be to teach Spanish. WE're open to almost anywhere except for the States and Mexico.

BUt don't really know where native Spanish speakers are needed. If you could help us. that would be great.

Germany! Firstly, when I was there (taught in East and West for 3 years), the Germans were mad about all things Spanish/latin... the local bar next to our school gave salsa lessons from a totally unqualified, inexperienced, moderately good salsa dancer (having lived 4 years in South dAmerica, I recognise a good and a bad one!), so that's also an option, an a well paid one as Germans seem to be prepared to spend quite a lot of money on free time/educational activities. Germany also has a strong network of local educational organisations including Volkshochschule which give classes in all kinds of subjects at a reasonable rate to students, but teachers are paid nicely. The locals are very enthusiastic about learning Spanish and I would say you can earn at least 20-30 euros an hour teaching English in a language school, if you get into freelance work (which is a lot more profitable) you can earn a LOT of money...
