Hi,

Is $700 a month a decent salary for Cali? How much should i expect to pay each month for rent, etc? What is the accomodation like? In fact, any information about living in Cali would be greatly appreciated.

Apparently nobody here lives in Cali. Me either. All I can say is, according to people I know who have lived there, $700 is okay, not great, not bad. Depends on your tastes- if you like to live the high life in western style comfort, you'll be tight on this. If you want to explore the local lifestyle (and not that of the aristocracy) you should be more than fine.

And everybody in LA says you find the most beautiful women there...
