Thinking of buying a second-hand air conditioner from a friend in Osaka, but have no idea about the cost to un-install and deliver it to my new place and set it up again. I think it'll be so expensive that it's cheaper to just buy a new one. Are there any companies that do just installation work in the Osaka area? |

I did a quick google.
I dont know if you read Japanese but on this link the guy (in Nara) will fit one air conditioner for under 8,000 yen. For a set of assembly and disassembly it costs under 11,000 yen. Cartage to your new apartment an extra 2,000 yen.
