My RP is due to expire in a very short time and I hope someone can help with some questions:

- Can I leave once my RP expires or do I still require an exit permit?
- Can I still work? (for only 2 weeks after expiry)
- Will I have to pay daily fine for overstaying. If so, how much?
- Will overstaying prevent future visits to Qatar?

If I sign for a new contract for RP it is only for two weeks work - to complete my current course - then I'm outa here! My sponsor has put false info on the contract that will negatively affect my gratuity and once I sign it I'm doomed - hence my resisitance (and I'm in process of lodging complaint with Labour Dept about that but my RP will no doubt expire before anything happens there).

If things proceed with Labour Dept I will likely have to return briefly to tie things up. Have tried official avenues with these Q's but get a no straight answers - and so around and around we go . . . Informed help is much appreciated.
