I've been living and working in Warsaw for nearly 6 years now. I've never heard of ISIS. Can't even remember even seeing an advert for them.
How much are they paying and for how many hours? There are a few schools in Warsaw which pay a pathetic wage compared to other schools. They basically trade on the ignorance of teachers who have no idea what other schools pay. Although I am not saying ISIS is in that catagory. I have no idea what they pay.

Thanks for your reply, Harry .
Your reply to 'jonney' answered my question - ta
Are you able to suggest a decent, not-as-crooked-as-the-rest, place of work in Poland? I have a CELTA, a degree, some experience and enough cash to buy a ticket and to survive untill the first pay check rolls in. I can't really afford to experiment with jobs untill I get the right one! So, to avoid being another hapless contributor to the 'Teachers of the World, I Worked For X and I Was Nearly Destroyed As A Human Being' section of Dave's grand and o so necessary website (Moderated most excellently by yourself et al!), could you please name some good non-cowboy type folk to sign-up with
Thanks again for your input. |

When are you planning to come to Poland? Now is not exactly the best time to come. Schools here work on academic years. So there are almost no general courses between July and September. Some business classes are still running for that time.
As far schools which are recommended see some of my other posts!
