Just wondering if anybody has worked for this company, ABC English, Poza Rica mexico? I cant seem to find much information on them. They have offered me a job but i would really like some kind of confirmation that they are legit and an idea of what it is like from an outside perspective.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! |

Try the search feature on the forum, in the Mexico section. There are past posts on the school I believe. |

Just my opinion but ABC and Martin are to be avoided. |

Have you worked for them, pg? If you have facts to present about this school, then your comments would be more than mere opinion. |

I was offered the job. Traveled to PR to meet with the director, view the school. Most of the current teachers at that time were not happy and looking for something else. The director, Martin, never bothered to show up to any of our agreed upon meetings. Quite a lack of professional courtesy considering i had traveled 8 hours by bus to see him. After 6 days of cancelled meetings i left town. He wasted my time, not much more to it.
This is my opinion of the school and its director, based on this experience. Others may have had a positive experience.
Forgot to add that this was many many years ago so maybe things have improved....or gotten worse. |

Sad, but sounds common enough here.
I have seen similar from other ego-tripping so-called "directors" and other's whom just love the sound of a title. |
