So, I am burned out. Can't stand the thought of going into a classroom. Don't want to get developed as a teacher.
But I'll probably have to *gulp* teach for one last year.
Is there a cure for burnout other than packing one's bags and running to the airport? |

Starting in September, I'm taking a few months off to stock shelves or wait on tables or something equally mindless. Looking forward to it immensely. I realise this probably is of absolutely no assistance or comfort to you but just wanted to let you know you aren't alone in your burnout. What are your options? |

Can you reduce your teaching hours e.g. not teach full-time? |

Planning some weekend getaways. That should help. |
