Does anybody know if it is possible to take a (non-internet) CELTA Course in HK?
I am just curious, as in not totally concerned whether this question is answered curious.

Try the British Council. The Cambridge website lists them as CELTA providers in HK, although they don't list it on their own website... Give 'em a call or email and find out:
