I have not used Sino-link but I was in discussion with them at one point, until I read the contract.
I remember that the pay was cr@p, 3000 RMB, and that there was a clause in the contract that stated that if you do not finish your contract without a valid reason, validity determined by them, you are legally obliged to to pay them your salary for the remainder of the contract term. So, if I had needed to return to the states for any reason I would potentially have to pay them 3000 RMB per month for however long was remaining on the contract. The contract also stated that, since they are based in Utah (I think), they will file suit in either China or the U.S. to recover this money.
Things may have changed since then; that was three years ago. But read the contract carefully |
