| I read some where on this board that when a teacher gets a job in an ESL school in Taiwan it takes the equivalent of 3 or so months of salary before u start making anything due to deposits on ur apartment and other set up costs so u need to bring a fair bit with u. Also the impression i get is that 60000 NT is the norm aND 70000 IS AT THE HIGHER END but there are ESL jobs found only through contacts and qual teachers with Masters that pay alot more. I read this comment but the highest ive seen is 72000NTper month. Any comments about any of these ideas? |
