Not an online agency, but usually H.I.S. #1 travel has discount fares to Thailand. I just saw an advertisement for them and they advertise 44800yen to Bangkok. (they have English speaking staff too.) |

Actually No.1 Travel is a branch of HIS travel, however because us Gaijin scum (joke, people) are more concerned about price than service, they appear to operate as separate arms. You will generally get better prices from No.1 travel than HIS. |

Not in my experience but maybe my HIS guy likes the cut of my jib. Your mileage will vary. |
