Has anybody used their credit card from home to get a cash advance from a Japanese bank?
My credit card has an ATM cash advance limit of US $100/day (which I think defeats the purpose of using it as an ATM card, but they said it's for security purposes), but I was told if I go to a Japanese bank, I can get an advance for as much as I need.
The problem is I'm not sure how to ask for a cash advance at a Japanese bank, and also ask what the fees are for them doing it. Actually, I'm not sure if they even do such things at the banks here.
Any help is much appreciated. |
