At the end of August, teachers return every year, ready for their jobs and new comers arrive to take on new posts in schools. For female teachers and ladies working in the private sectors, I am arranging a free networking welcome dinner, with Kuwaiti traditional beverages, juices, dinner, dessert and a cultural familiariation event. Ladies will be able to meet long-term residents and those newly arrived, exchange ideas, experiences and seek information, re-assurance or advice - as well as meet female business entrepreneurs and western 'stay at home mums'.
Western ladies are welcome if landing at the airport just before we dine!
