This is a general question or topic to think about. What makes a company that charges money to place teachers in jobs a scam or legit?

I believe that all companies need to make money in order to survive and provide a good service. So how do we tell the difference from a legit company that charges for its service of placing teachers and that of one that is a scam.

Also how many independent companies that are not getting paid by schools or the government are placing people for free.

It makes me wonder if a company charges but than provides a great service high and above that which I would get for free than perhaps I would rather be represented by such a company. The other scenario is I get the services for free, and when I arrive the job is not what I was promised and the room and food provided are second rate.

These are things that I think are very important when talking about companies.
