How are the university level teaching positions in Prague?
Are university instructors paid as well as those teachers in the conversation schools?
What are the hours per-week and salary scales for university EFL instructors? What kind of time off do they receive during the summer and winter. Are they offered housing and is it included in the terms of the contract?
Thanks for any info. |

Charles University is probably your best bet for this in Prague. We have two trainers that also work at the Univerisity. Pay for what you actually do will usually be higher than working at a regular school, but class sizes are larger and its more of a lecture type of teaching. The school should pay for housing I believe as well. However, there are simply not hundreds of University jobs out there and they will usually want teachers with more experience.e |
