| I had a bad interview at ecc and I turned down a job at interac. How long do these people keep records? Wondering if I have to check the "applied before" box if I ever apply again. Also, when is John Barry going to leave the toronto ecc office? Isn't there supposed to be a high turnover there? |

From my understanding he's been there quite a while and if very popoular with the ECC folk over here.
I love a good story. What constitutes a bad interview? |

If ECC's recruiting offices keep records of whose applied, it's probably irrespective of the individual recruiters. So how long any one of them may be there perhaps won't matter. If they use electronic records, your application could be on file for years.
When you say bad interview, do you really mean BAD interview or just that you didn't get the job? Could be that you just didn't have the right experience or your teaching skills weren't in line with what they're looking for.
In any event, if it didn't work out once, chances are you're better off looking elsewhere. |
