Rinku town outlet, near Kansai airport, might be good. Mainly brand stuff at a discount. Hugo Boss is worth checking out (shirts go for less than 10,000), they have a good size selection. Then there is the Gap outlet, nike outlet (good for shoes) etc.

Blossom Outlet Mall. End of the Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line, about 20 minute from Shinsaibashi.

I am actually landing in Osaka in a week and a half. Is there any shopping for someone who is 6'3"? I am going nuts trying to gather all the clothes I will need in Japan before I even leave. Is the selection really that minimal?

Bring clothes, but yes, you can find clothes too. If you're feet are size 12 or more, you'll have lots of problems finding shoes. Size 10 or 11 are pretty much the limit.

Bring what you can but dont stress, theres a huge shop called 'Grandback' in Namba/Shinsaibashi which has sizes up to bloody huge. Also you'll find shirts at most department stores that'll fit, but expect to pay atleast 4000 yen (which I think is pretty reasonable) . BTW I'm 6'2" and 105Kg and I haven't had any dramas.
