My friend is looking for a TEFL course in Istanbul, do you have any recommendations?
I'm no help because I got mine in sunny England. I read a few bad things about Cactus and Berlitz, I know she's thinking of English Time too. Any ideas appreciated. She's hoping to start the course by February at the latest.
Thanks |

You can try Via Lingua tefl certificate with Kent English in Kadikoy. It is not cheap. |

ITI is most reputable: http://iti-istanbul.com/
It's located in the Taksim area and offers a full range of courses.

I think Comrade in Arms was just saying there were no courses at English Time. Though that imaginary course would be the cheapest...
Thanks, my friend has applied to Via lingua and ITI now. |
