My roommate and I are looking for another roommate. The room is small, but cute. The rent is 350 peso a month if you stay for more then 3 months. It is more if you stay for less time. We'd prefer long term.
The apartment is in Boedo off the line E. It takes me 30 min to get from here to Retiro including walking and waiting time. So, getting to class in the morning shouldn't be a problem.
