Hi

I'm looking for an unfurnished apartment in Jeddah. I have seen several places and I need some ideas as to how to get the best place/deals. My specific questions are as follows:

1. Which floor apartment is best if there is a lift ? I heard that top floor apartments are the warmest as heat rises , and should be avoided ,is this true? What about ground floor apartments ?

2. Is there any particular features of an apartment that I should go for eg, balcony , east facing etc.

Any other tips ?

Many thanks

You have AC in Jeddah; position of aapartent is irrelevant'

If Jeddah's anything like Jubail/Barcelona look out for pigeons.
