I'm not sure about Taichung, but in Kaohsiung, i've seen MANY ads for both shared and single accomodations. Especially at this time of year when the teacher turnover is high, there are many sweet places coming onto the market, and its always, always a buyers market. Dont feel that the stated price is the final price. My gf and I negotiated $3000NT/mth off our apartment price.

| Taichung's a nice city. There are many buxibans in and around Taichung As for housing, check out the apartments for rent at tealit.com. |
