Hi,

I'm just wondering what the ESL recruitment scene is like in Japan. I'm thinking of working with some Japanese/Gaijin partners on a recruitment enterprise over here.

Anyone have any experience in the recruitment scene ?
How much is an average recruitment fee in Japan ?

What are the biggest ESL sites in Japan for finding jobs/teachers etc ... ?

BTW: I'd like to stress here that I'm not a shady recruiter wanna-be looking to turn a quick buck. I know some teachers and some recruiters don't always see eye-to-eye. We're thinking of setting up a proper business and working hard to establish a good name in the 'Land of the Rising Sun'

So do many people who go to Japan use a recruiter then ? Or do most go with those JET programs and stuff ... ?
