Universidade de Santiago de Compostela seems to offer a CELTA certification course in Santiago de Chile. Does anyone out there heard anything about this program? If you do not want to post in this public forum please PM. Thanks!

| From the looks of that website, it seems to be a CELTA course in Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, Spain. |
