Hello everybody
I have been offered a job at Joy Children's Language School in Jilin. I've read over the contract and everything looks good.
I was just wondering if anyone knows of this organization and has any comments about it. This is my first time teaching in China and I'm trying to make sure that the school is legit and not going to screw me over.
Also, is it normal for you to sign the contract, scan it, and email or fax it back to them before you have arrived in China?

From personal experience, that is a standard practice. The employers need to show the authorities that the FT has commited him/herself to working there, so the authorities could issue the necessary documents needed for the FT to apply for a Z visa. |
