Hello fellow teachers.
Just to let everyone know that Chuck died on Sunday morning at his home here in HCM City. Apparently he slipped on a wet bathroom floor. I don't know his Vietnamese wife or anything about his family in the States, but perhaps if anyone has information about any arrangements they could post them here.
He'll be sadly missed at VATC................ |

I never knew this man, and am sad to hear this.
However, he is not the first person to slip on a bathroom floor and pass away.
How old was he?
Is this cause of death verified? |
