Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a good English speaking hairdresser in San Jose. By "good" I mean that I need to get highlights done. Good price is also a consideration but not as important as quality.

i`m off to the hairdresser this friday for highlights and a cut. A teacher friend who`s been living here for 4 years swears by him and he`s supposed to be reasonable.
