Hi
can any of you teachers with school-age children offer any advice? I'm coming to Dubai to teach and I'm thinking about either Emirates International School or Deira International School for my son (13 years) as I want him to get in the IB system.
Can anyone with experience of these places suggest pros and cons of each?
thanks a lot |

I think Emirates is quite good. Friends work there, send their kids there, etc. Don't know anything about the other school you mentioned. |

I would check out both schools with your son. It is as much his decision as yours. Go and visit, talk to the teachers and students, check out the local environment, ask to sit in on classes. |
