anyhone have any letters, essays, documents that were written by chinese students that contain loads of chinglish? i want to use something like this for a proofreading exercise, or as a way to show my students how chinglish can be corrected. but i dont want to write something myself, as it wont be as genuine. if anyone has a word file they can send me, can inform me here or by PM i would appreciate it.

Not exactly Chingrish but http://www.engrish.com has some mainly Japanese examples from packaging etc. Good for a laugh if nothing else.

The CHINA DAILY now has an official Chinglish forum - where debaters can contribute critical or other comments...

My students have contributed a pile of Chinglish excuses (in writing) that makes for a jolly hilarious read!

I can copy them into a PM if you like - but you must wait a few days as I am still on holiday!

I don't have any writing that you're looking for, but I do have a useful book:
Urban Chinese by Gerald Scott Klayman.
I've been using this to study my Chinese and it has a Chinglish guide. It shows the meaning of sentences and phrases and it has the exact word-for-word translation. It's helped me understand a lot of common mistakes from the Chinese in their speaking and writing.
