Hi

Just found out that I will be going to Yodogawa in Osaka next week. NOVA told me not to rely on being able to use an ATM but if possible I would like to leave some of my money in the bank. Is there going to be somewhere I can use a VISA card to get out money?

Bring money, but you'll be able to use your bank card (plus system) or your VISA at a Citibank location in Umeda (a major hub in Osaka).

If you know your VISA card's PIN number, any Post Office ATM will satisfy your needs.

Yeah, I think it's just coz NOVA really try and put you off I wanted to be super sure!
