is it difficult or unsafe to transport large amounts of luggage on buses throughout thailand? i will be toting two large suitcases and a laptop backpack. will i have trouble, for example, getting from bangkok to ban phe? or from ban phe to surat thani? |

^ No problem at all.
Long-haul busses have large storage bins
located in the under-belly of the bus.
When you get to the bus station, you can request a porter,
who will put your stuff on a trolley and help you
get it safely loaded onto the bus.
I'd keep my laptop on my lap,
just to play it safe.
