An international school of sorts has closed in Beijing..the apparent owners were not the real owners of the school where classes were taking place and due to low student enrollment..the real owners took back the property as well as the buss es. Rent had not been paid for at least one year on the vehicles or property...they were building another campus but it seems that the property rights they gained for that construction may have been "underhandedly" acquired...at the time they went down they had hired a school principal, printed brochures with his picture on it and hired several licenced teachers who several hours before signing the contract were informed the school would be closing... |

Stunning news.....good that they were informed of the closure before signing into those contracts ....however if they had to travel across the globe to do that (assuming they were foreign teachers)
Now, have you lost your commission there?
Peace to allll
and
cheers and beers to the hard working FTs in China

He was informing others. Just because he didn't come off like a whiny asshat claiming his life was threatened doesn't make it true. |

...good u "were informing" us
Many private language schools/centers come and go, at times rather quickly in China. Blame it on the market
Recruiters' commissions become really tricky there, don't they?
Peace to all honest employers, recruiters, a whiny asshat
