| You need to go to your local "Urzad skarbowy" with some form of proof of ID. I cant give you any more concrete information than that as it took the Warsaw offices 7 months to agree (between three of them) where and how to process mine. |

okay, I am in Warsaw as well, do they speak English or do I need to bring someone who speaks Polish with me?

| You will definately need a Pole with you, three hours, and a lot of patience. The main office is on Lindleya 14, floors 3 and 4 (depending on where you live). My problem was that they wouldnt agree on which office was responsible for my NIP, so ferried me back and forth between two for months on end. |
