hello all....

Will be arriving in Ljubljana in a couple of days, and was wondering how any of you that may be there find it....?

I've been to the city before and loved it, but that of course is different from living somewhere. I look forward to anything you've got to say....

Got to go, got a train to London to catch....

Very Happy

admittedly, I wasn't expecting a glut of replies or there to be that many native teachers in a place like Ljubljana.....
but it'd still be nice to hear from any of you that do exist in this aloof yet wonderful place.....

Go on then.....in your own time...

I've only been there as a tourist and loved it also. I can't really help on the living side of things but I can't imagine it being any worse than anywhere else in Eastern Europe. I';m assuming you've been teaching in Poland so you have a rough idea what to expect. Although Slovenia seemed much cleaner with far superior trains and toilets, always good indicators in my view. I was wondering what school you are going to work for. Is it I.H. by any chance? I heard they were having problems if it is and was wondering if you could tell me if you find any difficulties when you get there.

Hi Nabakow,
