				| Hi again. I was just wondering if it is a problem to go to Mexico with no return ticket? Do they give you a hard time? I just don't want to book a six month return ticket that I may not use. Anyone have any experience with this? What did you do?
 Thanks once again!
 You guys are really helpful!
 Angie

				| I have flown into Mexico several times on a one way ticket. I have never been asked about it. If you are questioned, just say you plan to take the bus into Central America and fly from there. | |

				| A 1 month return is about as cheap as it gets to avoid risking the one-way ticket thing. Depends on the mood of the official on the day though. | |

				| Maybe it depends on where you land. DF officials rarely even say a word to you, let alone ask to see your ticket. | |

				| I have flown to Mexico twice in the last 6 months on a one-way ticket. In both cases, immigration never asked to see a return or onward ticket. The airports were BJX (Leon/Guanajuato) and MLM (Morelia).
Also prior to coming here to teach English, I've been to Mexico five times in the past seven years for vacation. In all those times I was never asked to show a return or onward ticket.
