| I came from Taiwan where games were used often in private English instruction. Are they used often in Japanese EFL systems? I would assume so, but I am just trying to make sure before going on any interviews. |

From my experience having had taught in other Asian countries, the EFL system is the same across the board.
Games are certainly used when teaching in EFL in Japan. |
