okay this is not a job related topic but i thought someone out there can help..
i wanna take my cats home wth me when my contract ends here....never travelled wth pets before..no idea what it will take, what's required...any ideas? or do u know a web site related to this?

Depends where you're going. You will need a vetinary certificate from an authorised vet in Indo and probably a rabies vaccine for the cat. Book with the airline (cats go as cargo) well in advance and invest in an approved travel box.
On arrival there WILL be quarantine. In Malaysia this is 7 days and costs a few dollars a day. In the UK could be up to 6 months and costs lots. Other countries - check out their department of agriculture or port health website. |
