I am wondering what are the advantages and disadvantages of both possibilities. I heard so much about orrendous traffic and polluted air in the city that I would like to hear from someone if there are any good points about living in Bangkok.

I have to decide shortly and paying a deposit and, as I am on a budget, can't afford to loose it in case I have to move. Then if anyone knows a bit more on Samut Prakan that would be great !

Many thanks and,

Kind Regards,

Gianni

There are so many great, fun things to do in BKK. I'm a BKK lover all the way! What's not to love? So it's not perfect, but no place (especially big cities) is without it's faults. There are many different areas of BKK, something for everyone. That is unless you are a beach lover. Even if you are, there's plenty of buses that head that way every day. I say if you get bored in BKK, you are just plain boring.
