The second interview is one on one. You will first be asked a few general questions about your reasons for wanting to go to Japan and your commitment to seeing out the contract. At this stage they may also ask you some questions about where you would like to be placed. After that you are given about 5 minutes to prepare a mini lesson. (I had to explain the difference between using since and for). Your interviewer will act as a student. If you ask to be placed at a school that teaches kids classes they will ask you to do a demo for this too (I had to explain the word marriage to a 3 year old) again with the interviewer acting as a student. Thats about it really. I was pretty much told on the day that I would be offered a placea few days later they rang with the official offer and I was given the weekend to make a decision and we went from there. Dont stress too much. The most important thing is to look professional, smile and engage the students and on day one participate and remain attentive when others are presenting their demos. Good luck.
My interview was about 4 years ago btw.
