|
|
Anyone have any suggestions on the least expensive route to get to Turkey from the US? Maybe it's better to go from the US to certain European cities and then onto Turkey than from others? I'd be leaving from the west coast sometime after the first of the year.
Can anyone suggest any websites to research? So far, www.1800cheapseats.com and www.qixo.com seem to give the best fares.
Also, I'm tempted to buy a one-way ticket and worry about a return ticket when the time comes, but have been told that is a bad idea. Anyone out there buy a one-way ticket and have any problems? |

| on one of my many trips to the US west coast i bought a 1-way ticket back here, as fares are cheaper from here to there. There was no problem, as they don't ask when you arrive here. |

| I found the best deal on Cheapseats. Maybe you could fly into London and then take Easyjet to Istanbul. It might be cheaper that way. |

| I just found a flight from London (Luton) to Istanbul for 20 including taxes. Bargain! It does fly into Sabiha Gken though which is annoying.[/b] |
