I just gotta know the name of this song I danced to in the discoteks and at parties while in Peru. It has a very infectiuos booming hook, all I remember of the words were Manos manos arriba arriba repeated 3 or 4 times consecutively and then the big hook kicked in. Kind of like dum dum dum daa da, dadada dadadadadaada

And I think it might be Brazilian but I'm not sure. Terrible decription of a song I know but can anyone help me please? It's not Mueve La Pomba by Axe Bahia either if that helps.

The big one now is something along the lines of pass the bottle, pass the bottle, with a bass hook to the chorus. Reggaeton-ish in style.

I think that it does also have that line also Luna chica!

The link you gave me isn't it Loscwitz. I heard the song last year although I don't know if the song is a 2005 song or if it's older. It's not reggaeton.

Thanks for the replies peeps. I'm getting closer to finding this song.

yes ok. I know the song. It is older than 2005. More like 2002/2003. I have it on CD somewhere, but it is prbably a burned copy so I may not be able to tell you who sings it.

I don't think it would be a Brazillian song. It is most definitely in Spanish.

There are at least ten songs from the first half of the decade that include the line
Manos arriba.
Laughing

Todo el mundo con los manos arriba.

I always resist. To me put your hands up is usually follow by "or I'll shoot." Cool
