Hi,
I know this is a volunteer opportunity, but has anyone heard of this group or anything about their reputability?
http://www.chinet.org/wta/oet.html
Thanks!

I don't know anything about CHI's reputation, but I did look into their programs when I was considering teaching in China.
I came to the conclusion that it would make more sense to get a job that is paid rather than pay CHI to place me in a "volunteer" position. |

I very politely request that you give this "oportunity" a pass. |

What a scam, I cn't believe people fall for this.
I notice the fee doesn't include airfare either. |

I don't see why it's a "scam." It's room/board for a month with minimum commitment....it's a great short term way to travel and experience the culture, no? |
